What is your return policy?

DUE TO COVID-19, it’s in the best interest of our team and our customers that all sales are final and no exchanges will be made at this time. In the unique event that;

-you receive the wrong item

-your item gets lost in transit

-your item gets stolen

How long does shipping take?

We ship using USPS Priority 1-day shipping for DOMESTIC orders. Please allow a 48 hour processing time prior to your order being shipped out.

Do you ship internationally?

YES. This is a global beauty network baby! Please allow 7-14 days for international orders.

When will my order ship?

Processing times are 1-2 days, and then items are shipped.

Do you use parabens or sulfates?

BODYGLOSS Cosmetics avoids toxic vibes at all cost, so the answer is NO.

Since there aren’t preservatives when will my products expire?

Our packaging is what preserves each product with the help of how you STORE your beauty products (in a cool dark place). Each product should last at least 3 months from when it is OPENED. If you buy something and keep it SEALED it will last 4-6 months. 

Are you cruelty free?

Yes we only use vegan ingredients and packaging.

Will any of these products clog my pores?

Every single item is beneficial to your skin! We also stick to very mild ingredients. So you shouldn’t expect any irritation ever.

How can I get BODYGLOSS merch?

Not yet! Available in the FALL.
